Shipping

I currently only ship Australia wide. 

• $10 for standard shipping.
• $15 for express shipping. 
• Free express shipping on all orders over $150.

All orders will be sent via Australia Post, with tracking.

In-stock orders will be processed within 1-3 days.

Made to order pieces require up to three weeks to make. For urgent orders please contact me at dariafoxjewellery@gmail.com and I will endeavour to accommodate where possible.

 

Returns & exchange

Please be mindful when purchasing. Goods are non-refundable, unless faulty. No refunds or exchanges are available for change of mind.

Each piece is handmade and carefully checked as a final step before packing and sending. If you believe your item to be faulty please contact me within two days of receipt of goods, the piece will be assessed and I will gladly repair the original piece. Items for return must be returned within two weeks of receiving your item, unworn and in original packaging.
